A complex and intensely flavourful chilli oil which captures the true essence of Ghost Chillies (Bhut Jholokia) with an extra dose of Umami from dried shrimp and the prized Changpang Ngatsu (Fermented Crabs and Black Sesame Seeds), a well kept Naga secret.
